Research Center for Political Sciences and Thought

The Research Center for Political Sciences and Thought started its activities in 1994 for the purpose of research and studies in the field of Islamic political sciences and thought, and over the past years, by using the experiences and scientific potential of scholars in Islamic Seminary and the universities, it has taken effective and useful steps in the revival and reconstruction of political knowledge of Islam. This research center aims to provide the necessary groundwork for the reproduction of political-religious culture and the presentation of political knowledge based on Islamic sources. It addresses the intellectual and practical needs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and based on this, it has formulated its goals, duties, policies, and plans. The Research Center for Political Sciences and Thought, in fulfilling its mission, has provided numerous research outputs to the scientific community. These include the authorship, compilation, and translation of dozens of books in the field of Islamic political thought. The future vision of this institute is to become a scientific authority in the realm of Islamic political thought, enabling it to offer effective scientific services to many enthusiasts in this field by collecting the most significant efforts and ideas.

Research Departments
The Research Institute of Political Sciences and Thought comprises three research groups:
